Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 3 kids, and our whole home zoo of 2 dogs & 3 cats. I love to travel, most recent favorite trip being 3 weeks in South Africa for my honeymoon. I was previously a decent athlete & even participated in a national level CrossFit competition at one point in my athletic endeavors; however, these days I mostly stick to weightlifting in my garage & going running only when the weather is absolutely perfect for it.

Care Philosophy

I try my best to be approachable with all patients. I'm a firm believer in levelling with patients by using language that makes them feel more at east & also well-informed about what's going on at typically an incredibly stressful time in their lives if they're seeing me.
